Do I need to download any app?+
No. Scanning works entirely through WhatsApp — just send a photo to our number. Your dashboard at promybiz.com works on any browser. The person receiving your profile also needs no app.
How accurate is the AI card scanning?+
Very accurate — powered by Google Gemini AI. It reads text in multiple languages and handles glossy, embossed, and stylised cards. Sending both front and back gives the most complete results.
What is Review Gate and how does it work?+
Review Gate is a smart review collection tool. Share one link with your customer — they rate you. If they give 4 or 5 stars, they're routed directly to your Google/JustDial/IndiaMart page to leave a review. If they're unhappy (1-3 stars), they submit private feedback to you instead — protecting your public rating while still capturing the feedback.
What is Bulk Scan Mode?+
Bulk Scan Mode is designed for events and exhibitions where you collect many cards quickly. When enabled, every card photo you send on WhatsApp saves instantly — no back-side prompt, no confirmation, no interruption. Turn it on before your event, turn it off when done. Available on all paid plans.
What are Meta platform fees for WhatsApp Unlimited?+
The WhatsApp Unlimited add-on (₹699 once) enables unlimited messages through Meta's Business API. Meta charges a small fee per message (typically ₹0.30–₹0.75 for business-initiated conversations). This is billed directly by Meta — not by us. We are transparent about this upfront.
Can my team members scan cards under my account?+
Yes — on paid plans you can add team members. All their scans are tagged per member and routed to your central Google Sheet. Manage your team from the Settings section of your dashboard.
Is the Lifetime plan really lifetime?+
Yes. ₹1,699 + GST is a single one-time payment that grants lifetime access to all core features — unlimited scans, sheet sync, profile, 20 WA msgs/month, and 10 emails/month. Add-ons (Email, WA Unlimited) are separate one-time purchases if you want them.
