ProMyBiz is a product operated by Dofav. By accessing or using the ProMyBiz platform at promybiz.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the service.

1. Service Description

ProMyBiz provides a business card scanning and contact management platform. The service allows users to scan business cards through WhatsApp or upload images, extract contact information using artificial intelligence, and optionally sync the extracted contacts to Google Sheets.

The platform may integrate with third-party services including Google APIs, WhatsApp Business API, and payment processors.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scan business cards or process personal contact information without consent
• Use the service for spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or harassment
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Violate applicable laws including India's Information Technology Act

4. Google & Third-Party Services

Certain features of ProMyBiz rely on third-party services such as Google APIs, Meta WhatsApp Business API, and payment processors.

• Use of Google services is subject to Google's terms and policies
• Use of WhatsApp features is subject to Meta's platform policies
• Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Cashfree

ProMyBiz is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service limitations imposed by these third-party providers.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Free accounts may have usage limitations
• Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal
• Refund policies may vary depending on the plan purchased

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of ProMyBiz is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the platform you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the ProMyBiz platform, including software, design, branding, and content, are owned by Dofav.

Users retain ownership of contact data they upload or generate using the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI extracted contact information will be 100% accurate
• The platform will always be available without downtime

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProMyBiz and Dofav shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding three months.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

Users may delete their account at any time from their dashboard settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
