Usage data including pages visited and features used
Device information including browser type and operating system
IP address and approximate location
Interaction logs used to improve the service

1.3 Third-Party Integrations

Google Sheets: Used to store contacts extracted from scanned business cards
Google Gemini AI: Used for AI based business card data extraction
WhatsApp Business API: Used to receive and process messages sent to our WhatsApp number
Cashfree: Used for payment processing for subscription plans

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the ProMyBiz business card scanning platform
To extract contact details from business cards using AI
To store scanned contacts inside a Google Sheet connected by the user
To provide digital business card profile pages
To send notifications and service related messages
To provide support and respond to user queries
To improve platform performance and features
To comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared only in the following cases:

Service providers: Google (Sheets API & Gemini AI), Meta (WhatsApp Business API), and Cashfree (payments)
Public profile: Your digital business card page at promybiz.com/p/[username] if you choose to share it
Legal requirements: When required by law or governmental authorities
Business transfer: If ProMyBiz or Dofav is acquired or merged

4. WhatsApp & Meta Data

Our service uses the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you send messages to our WhatsApp number:

Messages are transmitted via Meta's infrastructure
Images may be processed for business card scanning
Messages are not used for advertising or profiling
Business card images are processed temporarily for extraction

5. Google Sheets Integration

When you connect your Google account, ProMyBiz may request permission to create or update a Google Sheet in your Google Drive to store scanned contacts.

We only write contact information generated from scanned business cards
We do not access unrelated files in your Google Drive
You can revoke access anytime from your Google account permissions
Our use of Google APIs complies with Google API Services User Data Policy

ProMyBiz's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Retention

Account information is retained while your account remains active
Contact data remains until deleted by the user
Business card images are processed temporarily and not stored permanently
Deleted accounts are permanently removed within 30 days

7. Your Rights

Access: Request a copy of your personal data
Correction: Update your information anytime from the dashboard
Deletion: Request deletion of your account
Data export: Export contacts as CSV or VCF
Withdraw consent: Disconnect integrations anytime

We implement security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and access controls. While we strive to protect data, no internet transmission is completely secure.
